Refund Terms

1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our paid AI pose detection services.
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@copypose.online.
4. Refunds are available for subscription fees and credit packages.

Refund Process

1. Submit your refund request with your order details and account information.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
4. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase
• You experience technical issues that prevent normal pose detection
• The service fails to meet the advertised Copy Pose AI capabilities
• You are not satisfied with the AI pose detection and transfer quality
• Pose keypoint detection or cross-person transfer features do not function as described

Refund Limitations

Refunds may be denied if:

1. The 14-day refund period has expired
2. The pose detection service has been substantially used beyond the trial allocation
3. Terms of service or responsible AI principles have been violated
4. The purchase was made fraudulently
5. Account suspension was due to policy violations
6. Large numbers of pose analyses have already been processed using Copy Pose AI

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

• Unused credits or pose analysis quotas (prorated)
• Technical downtime that significantly impacts Copy Pose AI service delivery
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Specific feature limitations (pose keypoint detection, cross-person transfer)

Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless covered by our refund policy
• All pose analysis results will be retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation

Data and Service Access

Upon successful refund processing:

• Your account will be deactivated
• All AI pose detection services powered by Copy Pose AI will be discontinued
• Pose analysis results may be retained for a limited period as per our privacy policy
• You will lose access to all premium features including real-time pose detection, cross-person transfer, and high-accuracy keypoint analysis
